In an effort to maintain transparency, the Orange Rural Board of Directors will share meeting minutes and agendas, however there is no legal requirement to do so. Any meeting minutes containing personnel matters, private and/or privileged information will not be released without a court order.

Only approved meeting minutes may be released. (The meeting minutes from the previous month will not be approved until the next board meeting).
